Our Story

Sādhaka Yoga began as the personal journey of an actor seeking balance and stillness amidst the chaos of the entertainment world. What started 15 years ago as a grounding practice evolved into a deep, disciplined path rooted in breath, awareness, and inner growth. As his journey unfolded, it naturally drew in fellow artists, professionals, and travelers, planting the seeds of a growing community. Special credit goes to Ajay, Arma, and Rikita for shaping the vision and taking it to new heights.

From intimate home sessions to immersive retreats, Sādhaka Yoga has become a soulful, inclusive space. Our dedicated team of teachers—each bringing unique depth and devotion—has already shared this practice across the globe, including the UK, USA, and Europe. Blending ancient yogic wisdom with modern needs, we now offer personalized practices for individuals and corporate spaces. At its heart, Sādhaka Yoga is a sanctuary for seekers walking the path of mindful, authentic living.

Sādhaka Yoga

A Sādhaka is a seeker — one who walks the path of inner growth with patience, curiosity, and quiet determination. At Sādhaka Yoga, we believe every human is already a seeker, whether consciously or not. The practice of yoga simply gives that journey a direction.

Yoga is not about escaping life — it is about meeting life with clarity and balance. It teaches us to pause, breathe, and reconnect — with our body, our breath, and the present moment. It reminds us that peace is not found outside, but cultivated within.

Integrating Yoga into Our Lives

At Sādhaka Yoga, we honour the ancient wisdom of yoga while making it accessible for modern living. Whether through simple breathwork, mindful movement, or quiet reflection, yoga becomes a daily companion — grounding us amidst the noise, steadying us amidst the change, and reminding us of who we truly are.

This is not a destination. It is a lifelong practice. A seeker’s path. A Sādhaka’s journey.
